She specializes in selling homes using a comprehensive marketing plan to enhance appeal and ROI. Michelle also has a background in retirement living consulting. Dedicated to honesty, integrity, and professionalism, she is passionate about helping clients achieve their real estate goals and is committed to affordable housing awareness through the Entrepreneurs of Options Group.

Bilal Cheema, an experienced leader and advisor to Federal Ministers, completed his Business Administration degree at Simon Fraser University. Known for his expertise in relationship building and strategic management, he founded Cheema Strategies Inc., an advocacy firm, and actively contributes to community and charitable causes while speaking on human rights and social justice issues.

Rebecca Darnell, a lawyer at DLG Darnell Law Group, leveraged her diverse background in banking, court recording, and paralegal work to establish her own law firm, specializing in family law. Committed to alternative dispute resolution, she holds certifications as a Family Mediator and Arbitrator, and actively advocates for community causes such as affordable housing and youth mental health through organizations like Lifted: The Dallas Smith Charitable Organization.

Pip Dhaliwal, founder of Freedom Capital Inc, brings over 18 years of experience in real estate financing and development. With a focus on dominating the Alternative/Commercial Mortgage space, Freedom Capital has expanded nationally, holding licenses in British Columbia, Alberta, and Ontario, building on Mr. Dhaliwal's prior roles at RBC, Coast Capital Savings, and Vancity Savings Credit Union.

Tammy Dyer, the Deputy Executive Director at Options Community Services, has held various roles within the organization over the years, fostering connections with participants, staff, and funders. Proud of her contributions and her role as a single parent, she is excited to highlight Options' impact in the community through this campaign.

Anupum Gill, a partner at Gill & Gill Law, specializes in family law as a lawyer and accredited mediator. With a dedication to community service, she's deeply involved in local non-profit organizations and joined Options as an Entrepreneur out of her passion for helping others and giving back.

Manjit has dedicated the past 25 years to extensive volunteer work with organizations like Fraser River Funeral Home, Canadian Cancer Society, and Rotary Club, receiving numerous awards for her contributions. Currently serving on the boards of FRCCS and PICS, she focuses on community service, particularly for the Indo-Canadian senior community, and aims to enhance Langley Memorial Hospital's services and equipment for residents, driven by her personal connection to the hospital.

Maninder Grewal, a mother, grandmother, and banker, immigrated to Canada in 1981 with the dream of raising a family in a beautiful and safe country. Transitioning into finance after her children started school, she now enjoys assisting newcomers with their finances and supporting business leaders in the community while actively volunteering for organizations like PICS and Khalsa Aid, driven by her passion for helping others.

Dave & Bianca Heer, founders of BC Building Products, meet the growing demand in British Columbia, especially in Metro Vancouver, for waterproofing and building envelope products. They serve both the construction industry and DIY market with a variety of waterproofing and joint sealant products, aiming to innovate continuously and offer optimal solutions for their clients' needs.

Judy Higginbotham, a former Surrey city councillor for 25 years, is now an active volunteer for various organizations including the Surrey City Orchestra and Rotary Club of Semiahmoo. Recognized for her contributions, she received awards such as Business Woman of the Year and the Solicitor General's Crime Prevention award, and remains dedicated to making Surrey a better place, particularly focusing on the importance of providing appropriate and supportive housing for everyone.

Rasinder Kaur is known for her outgoing and hardworking nature, dedicating herself to achieving goals and seizing opportunities while actively engaging in community service, earning her recognition such as the Queens Platinum Julibee Award. She has also built a successful business empire over the past 15 years, including companies like Norius Building Maintenance Inc. and Norius Staffing Company, and recently expanded her endeavors with the establishment of the Feminine Fellowship Outreach Society, a non-profit organization.

Anoop is an accomplished manager in manufacturing, skilled in sales, finance, and strategic planning, with a talent for conflict resolution. Fluent in English, Hindi, Punjabi, and Swahili, he's been recognized for his leadership, receiving awards from the BC Ministry for Small Business and the Chamber of Commerce, and contributing to industry standards development.

Roop Kooner, owner of Texo Forming and managing partner of 360 Development Group, specializes in formwork for various construction projects and oversees property acquisition, development, and sales. With a background in Urban Land Economics and Financial Management, Roop is dedicated to community service and actively supports Options Community Services, impressed by its agile and impactful wrap-around services.

Milan leads BM Group's Real Estate division, driving its growth and acquisition strategy to expand the family-owned firm into a portfolio of 16 companies with over 400 team members, spanning offices across North America and India. Beyond work, he cherishes time with loved ones, exploring his passion for coffee, and traveling, while his commitment to community involvement aligns with Options Community Services' direct impact and meaningful contributions to the communities they serve.

Rick joined Isle of Mann Property Group in 2007, starting on the construction site and later advancing to Project Manager, overseeing all aspects of development from planning to construction and sales. As Director of Development & Construction, he leads planning, construction, and product delivery, ensuring projects meet high-quality standards, budget, and timeline targets.
Jazz Airlines
Anthony Manning, a veteran in aviation with over four decades of experience, is dedicated to tackling housing challenges for White Rock's senior population. As a community leader and volunteer in various organizations, including the Rotary Club and Chamber of Commerce, he advocates for affordable housing initiatives to support aging residents.

With over 30 years of experience in the public and not-for-profit sectors, Louella founded Rykelan Consultants Ltd in 2020, offering strategic planning and program evaluation services. Jen Temple, CFO of Trademark Group of Companies, oversees property management and land development, receiving recognition from various organizations including the Cloverdale Chamber of Commerce and Surrey Board of Trade. In her role, she manages Hillcrest Village Shopping Centre, engaging with diverse community issues, including homelessness and at-risk youth, and supports the Options campaign to provide opportunities for youth, drawing from her own experiences as a teen mom and understanding the transformative power of support and opportunities.

A returning Woman of Options, Taylor Thoen is the CEO of BTV, a TV production and Digital Marketing Agency. With the longest running investment TV show in Canada, BTV – Business Television, broadcasts on BNN Bloomberg, BIZTV, Air Canada, and top financial sites including Thomson Reuters.
Barrister & Solicitor, Owner Invictus Law
Gurjit Tiwana, a Richmond native, is a successful lawyer specializing in criminal and family law. Co-founding Sandhu Tiwana and Associates in 2007 and later collaborating with Paramjit Malhi to establish Invictus Law in 2019, she's achieved notable success in trial and appellate courts while advocating for the needs of parents and children in family matters, particularly focusing on women's rights through pro-bono work for low-income women.

Kiran Dhaliwal, with 15 years in human resources and recent political involvement, is dedicated to community support and empowering women through fundraising and HR assistance. She passionately backs Options' affordable housing project, aiming to make safe housing accessible for families in need while working closely with other women to raise awareness and funds.
White Rock City Council
Christopher, serving his second term on White Rock City Council since 2022, lends his full support to Options' endeavour to provide much-needed housing in the community. By day, he teaches history, politics, and economics at Earl Marriott Secondary School and occasionally works as a freelance writer, bringing a wealth of experience to his role as a council member.
